Eamonn Cannon – Consultant

Eamonn, although called a Consultant, works full time and deals with all aspects of commercial property work with particular emphasis on property development and funding, with particular expertise in the retail and leisure industry, working in conjunction with Banking, Corporate, Construction and Commercial lawyers as required.

Recent areas of development and funding work include:

• The acquisition, development and financing of the Morfa Retail Park, Swansea and the new Swansea football stadium.
• The acquisition, development and financing of the Xscape ski slope and leisure centres at both Milton Keynes and Castleford
• The acquisition, development and financing of the Capital Retail Park, Leckwith, Cardiff and the new football stadium for Cardiff City FC.
• The acquisition development and financing of Eureka Leisure Park Ashford.
• The sale of a portfolio of retail parks to a Fund.
