Donald is a major projects and construction lawyer with more than 30 years experience as a barrister in New Zealand and Australia before he moved to Dubai in 2008.
Donald has appeared as counsel for clients in a wide range of commercial litigation that has been resolved by alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation, court proceedings or arbitration. He is a certified mediator.
He has worked on many large energy projects, particularly in the renewable energy sector involving hydro and wind power.
