Dominique co-manages the IP practice of Taylor Wessing Paris alongside
Simon Christiaën.

Dominique has considerable experience in IP law, especially in terms of trademarks, designs and models: i.e. portfolio management, and IP rights protection strategy, at national and international levels.

Before joining Taylor Wessing at the beginning of 2011, Dominique was in charge of trademark, design and model portfolios at law firm Hirsch & Associés (2007 to 2011).

Before entering the law profession, Dominique spent many years as a patent rights consultant, (1990 to 2007) in several management consultancy firms where she managed the trademark, design and model portfolios of French and international clients, notably in the sectors of volume retailing, pharmacy, the food industry and advertising.

Dominique has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2007.  She obtained the qualification CEIPI from the University of Strasbourg and a postgraduate degree in patent rights from the University Paris II.
