Daniel is an associate in the Corporate department and is part of the Corporate Technology group specialising in venture capital, private equity and general corporate transactions.
Daniel often acts on behalf of institutional investors and high net worth individuals on investments and on behalf of companies seeking finance. Daniel also advises on a variety of other corporate transactions, such as restructurings and trade sales.
Daniel read law at the University of Leicester before completing his LPC at The College of Law, York. Daniel joined Taylor Wessing in 2011 from a well-regarded regional law firm in which he specialised largely in venture capital and private equity transactions.
