Anne-Juliette concentrates on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, contracts drafting and negotiation. She is working on corporate law for major clients in the Media, Cinema and Music industries. Her extensive experience includes drafting and negotiation of contract, merger deed, shareholders agreements, audit and other corporate arrangements. She represents both, national and international clients ranging from start-ups to big companies.
After having taken the French Postgraduate degree in Telecommunication, Television and Entertainment Medias law "DESS 225" with the Paris -IX Dauphine University and the French Master degree in Business law with the Nanterre University in 2000; she completed the French bar exam in 2003. Anne-Juliette began her career as corporate lawyer in Landwell in 2001, and joined Taylor Wessing Paris as from its creation on November 2003.
Anne-Juliette has organized and presented the 3rd European Festival des Nouvelles Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication with the Paris- IX Dauphine University and TF1 partnerships.
