Lin Song has 15 years of experiences from China and Singapore, spanning across legal, finance and public sectors. He is an APEC Scholar for his MBA study in Nanyang Technological University.
Lin Song has been mainly advising on China-related cross-border transactions, such as M&As, foreign investments into China, Chinese companies' overseas fund raising (including IPOs), property development and sales in China, etc. He has also advised clients on various PRC laws related to their operation in China.
He has a diversified clientele which include MNCs, Singapore based companies and Chinese companies.
Lin Song has been invited to speak on various seminars organised by SGX, Singapore Business Federation, Singapore China Enterprise Association and Singapore Nanyang Technological University. He is also often interviewed by major Singapore newspapers and TV channels on topics related to Chinese companies’ listing in Singapore and post-listing requirements.
He is a director of several Singapore listed companies.
