Martin is a member of the Practice Area „Corporate“ in our Hamburg Office. He focuses on general corporate housekeeping, M&A transactions and corporate litigation.
Martin studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of Sydney Law School, Australia. Following his First State Exam he graduated as Dr. iur. on an international white collar crime topic. In the meantime he worked for the corporate department of a leading international business law firm in Hamburg. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Hamburg, Martin focused on corporate law. Besides a stage at the Hamburg Office of Taylor Wessing his legal clerkship included stages at leading business law firms in Hamburg and Munich as well as a traineeship at the legal department of the German-American Chamber of Commerce in New York. Martin joined Taylor Wessing in May 2012 after passing his Second State Exam in Hamburg.
In addition to his native German, Martin is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
