Britta is a member of the Practice Area IT and Telecoms. She advises on Information Technology issues, Software Contracts (licensing and distribution) as well as on Copyright Law.
Britta studied Law at the Universities of Kiel and Bologna. After the first legal state exam Britta completed a supplementary course in Business and Commercial Law which is initiated by the University of Hamburg, the Chamber of Commerce and the Hanseatic Bar Association Hamburg. Afterwards she wrote her Doctorate thesis on a Historical Law Issue at the University of Kiel.
Britta did her legal clerkship in Hamburg, most of it with respect to Intellectual Property / Copyright Law as well as Media and Music Law. She joined our Hamburg office in February 2007.
Britta, a native German speaker, is fluent in English, French and Italian.
