Benedikt Rohrßen is a member of the Practice Area Commercial Agreements. He advises national and international companies in issues of purchasing, quality management, distribution (e-commerce as well as commercial agency, dealership and franchising systems) and product liability. He drafts contracts for clients and represents them in contentious matters.
Benedikt studied law at the universities of Münster and Rome. As a student and while writing his doctor’s thesis, he worked as an assistant at a chair for civil law, civil procedure law, conflict of laws and comparative law. After his legal traineeship at an international Hamburg law firm specialising in commercial law and an international organisation in Brussels, he joined Taylor Wessing in 2010.

Benedikt, a native speaker of German, is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of French and Swedish.
