Traineeship

Taylor Wessing is looking for a trainee during the summer months for its Brussels office.

Starting date and duration:

- Preferably 1-2 months starting from July 2007, but flexible (please indicate preferred starting date and duration in your application)

Tasks:

- Assistance in the monitoring of EU law issues and ECJ case law

- Assistance in the organisation and updating of the firm's EU law know-how database

- Assistance in the day-to-day work of an international law firm, in particular in the fields of commercial and competition law.

Qualifications and skills:

- Law Student or recent graduate;

- Knowledge of EU institutions and legislative process;

- Interest in commercial, competition and trade law;

- Good knowledge of English, the knowledge of other European languages is an asset.
