- Advising Grupo Inversor Hesperia on the sale of the 212 bedroom Hesperia Hotel, London to Crimson Hotels, which will operate the hotel as a Hesperia Hotel before converting to a Doubletree by Hilton Hotel.
- Advising Zolfo Cooper on the sale in administrative receivership of the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, Newcastle International Airport to the Cairn Group and on the sale in administration of the Sir Christopher Wren's House Hotel and Spa to Sarova Hotels.
- Advising Cedar Capital on the purchase from Rocco Forte of the Le Richmond Hotel Geneva and on the Hotel Management Agreement with the Dorchester Group for its operation as the Le Richmond Geneva, a Dorchester Collection Hotel.
- Advising Lloyds Banking Group on a series of financings including the development of a new 81 bedroom Base2Stay Hotel in Soho, London, the refinancing of the Crowne Plaza, Blackfriars and the development of the luxury Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living, Park Lane London and related Management Agreements with Jumeirah.
- Advising BDL Management on over 30 Hotel Management Agreements for the operation of various Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express branded hotels as well as on numerous unbranded hotels around the UK, both distressed and non-distressed, trading, new builds and developments and on novel hybrid lease structures.
- Advising Guidance Hotel Investment Company, on the launch of a Shariah compliant hotel fund to develop an innovative 15-20 strong chain of 5 star "Shaza Hotels", across the Middle East and North Africa.
- Advising Bristol International Airport on a new £20 million 250 bed hotel adjacent to the terminal building to be operated by Petersen Airport Hotels.
- Advising The Ability Group on the purchase of the Cambridge Garden House and its operation as the UK's first Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, as well as the purchase of Dunblane Hydro, Club Med Sicily and Hilton Hotel, Liverpool.
- Advising Global Hotels & Resorts on all aspects of the establishment and expansion of its fast growing upscale brand, Tiara Hotels, which now has six hotels open or in development in Portugal, France and Belgium.
- Advising CHIL, a hotel investment fund on long term Hotel Management Agreements with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts for two new luxury hotels in Hyderabad and Jaipur, India.
- Advising EHC Maroc SA, owed by Kingdom Hotel Investments and EHC International, on the $120 million development of a 140-room luxury Four Seasons Hotel with 40 villas in Marrakech, Morocco.
- Advising Malmaison and Hotel du Vin in respect of hotels in Liverpool, Reading, Aberdeen, Cambridge, York and elsewhere and De Vere Hotels in respect of The Grand Brighton, The Royal Bath, Bournemouth and The University Arms, Cambridge.
- Advising a consortium of banks led by Deutsche Postbank on the €250 million refinancing of the world renowned George V Hotel, Paris.
