Marion Schröder studied law at the universities of Mannheim and Freiburg i.Br. (Germany) and completed the second state examination in Baden-Württemberg in 1991. After working in the litigation department of an insurance company, Marion joined the law firm Schreiber & Knufinke as a freelancer in 1994. Following the firm’s merger with TaylorWessing, Marion has worked with us as an employed lawyer since 1997.
Marion Schröder’s focus of activities lies on general civil law, insurance and telecommunications law including GTCB law. Marion has an excellent track record in litigation and dispute resolution as well as in advising companies in the telecommunications sector.
Marion is a German native speaker. She is proficient in English, French and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Italian.
