Graham is a partner in our cross-firm Technology team who advises on all aspects of digital and technology law with a particular focus on online business models and emerging technologies.  Graham works extensively with businesses from the US.  Graham has advised a large range of clients across the spectrum of digital business, both in b2c and b2b, including in relation to:

  • Digital content distribution including music and video streaming models
  • Digital models in financial services, education and healthcare
  • Online marketplaces
  • Social media
  • Cloud services supply models
  • Online retail
  • Interactive media including gaming and gambling

Graham also advises on large scale technology projects including systems procurement and outsourcing.  Graham regularly advises on data use, and is the co-author of the data protection section of Sweet & Maxwell's Practical Commercial Precedents.

Graham was previously Head of Legal at a b2c portal owned by a major UK retailer, has a degree in Computer Science and worked as a coder for Siemens before becoming a lawyer.
