Carsten Müller is a member of the Corporate practice area. He focuses on advice and litigation in company law matters. He advises enterprises, shareholders and board members and boasts exceptional expertise in matters relating to family-owned businesses and D&O liability as well as post-M&A disputes before courts of ordinary jurisdiction and arbitral tribunals.
Thanks to his litigation experience, Carsten also represents clients in commercial law disputes and lawsuits in other areas together with specialists in the relevant disciplines, such as antitrust legislation.
In 1996, Carsten received the "Maîtrise en droit" from the University of Paris I and the "LL.M. (Köln/Paris)" from the University of Cologne. In 1998 and 2001 respectively, he passed the two German legal state examinations. Subsequently he wrote a doctoral thesis on conflict of laws.
Carsten Müller is author of a number of publications with a focus on corporate law and private international law.
Carsten, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and French.
